1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 - Only products whose original packaging has not been violated and are in good condition and state of conservation will be accepted (except for products identified as non-compliant).
1.2 - The return/exchange period is 30 days after the customer receives the order.
1.3 - Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for products whose validity period has expired and which, at the time of delivery, were longer than 1 (one) year.
2. RETURN/EXCHANGE OF NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCTS
2.1 - The customer is entitled to a return/exchange if it is found that the supplied products are non-compliant.
Examples of non-compliant product:
• Product with damaged packaging;
• Illegible labeling;
• Product with expiration date upon delivery;
• Product differs of technical specifications.
2.2 - Returns/exchanges can be made within a period to be agreed upon, after notification and analysis of the non-compliance.
2.3 - If non-compliance is confirmed as a justification for the total return (without exchange), the entire amount paid will be refunded by means of a credit or debit note, to be agreed between the parties.
3. RETURN/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS DUE TO CUSTOMER ORDER ERROR
If the wrong item was ordered, shipping and collection costs will be charged to the customer.
4. RETURN/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS DUE TO SHIPPING ERROR
If you detect that an item has not been ordered, the shipping and collection costs will be covered by Oasipor.
5. RETURN/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS DUE TO TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If you detect any anomaly or damage caused by the transport of the item you ordered, you must refuse and/or communicate it in writing on the carrier's bill and communicate it to Oasipor by email.
